Al-Azab Ali , the lawyer of the English suspect in the harassment incident at Hurghada Airport, assured that he had paid 20 thousand Egyptian pounds as a guarantee for the treasury of the court, pending the implementation of the decision to release the tourist, and he will leave Hurghada to his country as soon as the procedures for his release are completed.

The opposition judge in the Hurghada Court had decided to release the English suspect in the harassment incident at Hurghada Airport on a bail of 20,000 pounds, and to accept the appeal lodged against the decision to renew the 15-day imprisonment pending the investigations conducted by the Hurghada Prosecution Office for the accusation of sexually harassing  one of the airport security  staff during his departure from Hurghada Airpor   To his country on a flight after spending a vacation with his family.

 The suspect had denied in the investigations that the incident had been committed,and stated that he had not intended any wrongful act, and that what he had done was "patting " on the back of the police officer after completing his search procedures.  Details of the incident revealed that an English national called "T.K.", 51, while completing the procedures of his search at Hurghada Airport, carried out a vicious act by a security individual, and that the tourist was arrested and a report was issued against him, as the police secretary insisted on taking legal measures in the incident  And the accused was referred to the prosecution, as the cameras were emptied, and the incident was proven correct, as the prosecution ordered the accused to be imprisoned for 4 days pending investigations and being placed in  Hurghada.
