German Foreign Minister returns to Egypt an archeological atlas, that was stolen and smuggled to Germany

German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said that he held important talks with President El Sisi and Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry, noting that his country is happy to return the oldest printed atlas in the Islamic world to Egypt.

In a joint press conference with Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry, the German Foreign Minister confirmed that he attended the opening of a new building for the German school in Cairo, pointing out that Egypt is one of the most important countries in the Arab region and North Africa
